What is HEAT PT About?
Do you want to be healthy, energised, active and toned? HEAT Pilates & Training is a private, home based personal training & pilates studio located in Safety Bay, Western Australia. As a Personal Trainer and Weight Management Practitioner, I have over 20 years experience in the fitness industry so I understand that every individual will require a different approach to improve their health and fitness. My approach to your fitness program is multifaceted. I take the time to assess your posture and movement, improve your technique and your understanding of the exercises and your fitness program. I strongly believe that exercise is about helping to improve the strength, fitness, mobility and flexibility of your body, helping you to move more freely and comfortably in every day activities. Your nutrition is not a "one size fits all" solution. It is about finding what works for you so that it can be a life long, sustainable practice whilst remembering that you are allowed to still find joy in food or have the occasional weakness. You learn how to eat a nutritious diet without cutting out whole food groups and without the guilt. So if you are wanting to improve your fitness, decrease your body fat, move more easily and be the best version of you, look no further than HEAT PT!
