Release, Stretch, Strengthen & Move
These sessions involve showing you how to use foam rollers, therabands and tennis balls to help release tight muscles. I then help to improve your flexibility and range of motion by using assisted stretching techniques where I stretch your muscles, and by also showing you how to effectively stretch your own muscles.
The benefits of Mobiflex Stretch sessions are numerous - improved range of motion in your joints and muscles allowing easier movement and mobility, reduced pain and stiffness, decreased risk of injury, and reduced muscle soreness!
